Chelsey Anderson’s hullabaloo WBC triumph in hushed surroundings

American Chelsey Anderson (5-0, 2 KOs) defeated Kazakh Aida “Lady Sparta” Satybaldinova (6-2-1, 2 KOs) to win the World Boxing Council International Lightweight Title, in a close match where both warriors gave it their all. The Judges’ scores were 77-75, 77-75, 78-74.
In another bout, undefeated super welterweight “King” Callum Walsh (4-0, 3 KOs) defeated Benjamin Whittaker by unanimous decision.
In a clash of undefeated featherweights, Omar Trinidad (9-0-1, 7 KOs) scored a fourth-round TKO over Javier Padilla (7-1-1, 5 KOs).
Middleweight Cem “The Champ” Kilic (17-1, 11 KOs) defeated Marco Delgado, (7-4, 5 KOs) by decision.
