Four fight cards on ESPN+ this weekend: How to watch

Four fight cards from Australia, England, Germany and Scotland, including two title fights, will air live on ESPN+ this weekend.

On Friday, Andrew Moloney (20-0, 13 KOs) of Australia faces Guyana’s Elton Dharry (24-5-1, 14 KOs) in a 12-round battle for the vacant WBA interim junior bantamweight title. The fight card will be headlined by Paul Gallen against Barry Hall in a heavyweight bout at the Margaret Court Arena in Melbourne, Australia (ESPN+, 3 a.m. ET).

Moloney has won seven of his past 10 fights by stoppage, including a second-round TKO of Selemani Bangaiza in June.

Dharry, who fights out of Brooklyn, New York, started his career with three victories in his first nine fights, but since then, he has won 21 consecutive bouts.

Also on the undercard, Moloney’s twin brother, Jason Moloney, faces Dixon Flores in a 10-round bantamweight fight.

Later that day at the Liverpool Olympia in Liverpool, England, former super middleweight titlist Rocky Fielding (27-2, 15 KOs) returns to the ring for the first time since a third-round TKO loss to Canelo Alvarez a year ago to face Abdallah Paziwapazi (ESPN+, 3 p.m. ET).

On the undercard, Martin Murray, a former middleweight interim titleholder, will meet Sladan Janjanin in an eight-round super middleweight bout, and former lightweight world titlist Terry Flanagan returns to the ring for his third fight of the year to face Jayro Duran in a junior welterweight battle.

On Saturday at the Halle Messe Arena in Halle an der Saale, Germany, Dominic Boesel and Sven Fornling will meet for the vacant WBA interim light heavyweight title (ESPN+, 2:30 p.m. ET).

Boesel (29-1, 11 KOs) has won five fights in a row since losing an 11th-round TKO bout to former light heavyweight title contender Karo Murat in 2017.

Fornling (15-1, 7 KOs) hasn’t fought since December, when he defeated Murat by unanimous decision in a hard-fought battle.

Also on Saturday in a battle of unbeaten fighters at the Emirates Arena in Glasgow, Scotland, Lee McGregor puts his Commonwealth bantamweight title on the line against Farooq’s British bantamweight belt (ESPN+, 3 p.m. ET).

McGregor (7-0, 6 KOs) is making the second defense of the title he won with a 12th-round TKO victory over Thomas Essomba in October 2018.

Farook (13-0, 6 KOs) won the belt in September 2018 with a first-round TKO of Jamie Wilson. Farook has defended the title three times since then.
